Best wishes to you and good luck. I excercised all the time and went on to have a healthy pg. It's different for everyone so ask your dr. Mine tells me to keep up with excercise but I have heard other women say take it easy and slow down. I agree with nunu I wouldn't up your regime just keep it the same for now you may need to chnage it after you get a bfp. Best of luck to you and baby dust to you!!!

exercising is great before, during and after pregnancy. after the third trimester you shouldn't lay on your back to do any kind of weight training or abb work. Its more the over strenuous activity I would watch out for. anything that will make you too hot or over exhausted is not a good idea. Also lifting heavy weights is not a good idea. I weight train but not as hard out as i used to. im going to try and keep it up after I get my BFP but keep consistent rather then push myself to lift heavier. I hate Cardio in the gym but want to get a bike so I can bike the kids to and from school.

I was doing yoga and working out everyday when I got pregnant last time. The dr. said not to do any jerking or twisting motions and to not do anything that would make me hold my breath. I have read that you shouldn't do anything you didn't do before like all of the sudden start some strenous workout...

My dr said at my last visit to continue to work out if you want.  It shouldn't affect anything.  Good luck, and SSBD!!!

GMB- I think working out in moderation is the best.  I asked my dr. that when I was preg. and she said it is fine to keep doing what i was doing, but I know I am so much more cautious...I still lifts weights but less weight and more reps.  Cardio, I was walking instead of jogging.  Ask your dr. what they think about your particual situation and see what they think.  I think every body is different and that you know what is right for you.

So we both started the TWW!  I will be OK with it, until it gets around time to test.  Since this is month 6 the rest of the cycle is not as stressful, just that last week of the TWW.  I don't feel like it happened this month though, just a gut feeling...but lets be here for each other...when it gets closer to testing I cant help  but going on twoweekwait and checking out all the syptoms, although I KNOW it makes it worse, and all the symptoms seem to be the same as my body after O and before AF so I don't know why I waste my time...
PS, I am so glad you are in this TWW with me, everyone else seemed to have cycle buddies for the last 6 months except me!  Everyone as you know is totally supportive which is great, but it is nice to have a CB!!
