Failed Pragnancy

My LMP was 25th July and when i went for my first ultrasound on 25th September,it was an abdominal one, doc told me that GA is only 6W4D but according to LMP it should be 8W. that scan reported only a yolk sac with no fetal pole and no cardiac activity she called me for second scan after 7 days,I went back for second scan on 4th October and scan reported GA of 6W2D that mean no growth even no evidence of cardiac activity or fetal pole. my doc told me that this is a failed pregnancy and I should get a medical abortion.But i got a second opinion from another doc she is giving me some growth injections and saying that after one week she will get a vaginal ultrasound. I am very much upset as this is my first pregnancy i don't want to loose it in any case even i have decided what so ever will be the results I am not going to abort it . Guys please prey for my little one, and do suggest me what to do at this moment

the last two ultrasounds were abdominal,now i will get a vaginal one at coming Friday.......hoping for some positive outputs.

I not sure what growth injections are? Never heard of them... I had the same thing baby measured 6+5 with possible baby but no hb...whn i ws 8weeks baby still measured same n it ws failed pregnancy... I started spotting few days later n kept spotting for two weeks... Thn eventually whn i ws suppose to be 11wks i had natural miscarriage... I m not sure wht exactly is happening... But i knw miscarriage is not in hand of ny doc but God... If ur going to mc no one cN do ny thing... I hope whteva doc is injecting hope tht helps but i hve a feeling ur first doc ws right... I just had a D&C yesterday..my baby stopped growing at 7 weeks..it was a good decision that I made. I am only 18 and that was my forst one. I was scared out of my mind. But it is very nice not having a dead baby inside me anymore. I hope everything goes well for you and your baby with the injections. I will be putting out good vibes for you. Good luck!
