Stupid question. seems I would know this already...

Well, I am trying to keep cool is this almost 100 degree heat but...life gets the best of me, and I am spending lots of time in the car, which is A/C. thank goodness.

However, I have a heat rash all over...which is ok if that's the worst in this heat.  Here is the question:

My left foot, leg had become very tingly and is starting to have numb patches.  If I stay cool, how long do you think it will become "normal" again?  I still need to do 2 outings today, but then will home home in the AC for the duration of the day.

Just curious "about" how long it takes to go away.  Has been worsening since yesterday, and vision a bit on the funky side as well. I just dont want it to worsen, of I will be in trouble.

Thanks in advance,
Michelle

I wear the cooling vest for all my in and out stuff. It looks silly and takes a minute to set up but it makes life easier

that in and out of the car and a/c no a/c wiped me out the other day.  Can you get the sitter to help with some of these errands and keep yourself in?   Just a wishful thought for you.

Perhaps you can do the cool shower in between runs to help to create a lesser body temp.

Hey Michelle. I'd say your symptoms should ease as your body cools to normal, and after you've rested.

Life can't be easy with a houseful of active boys. I know you're worried that the heat symptoms could turn into a real relapse, and all I can say is that that would be rare. Conserve your energy as best you can, and maybe the responses to today's post on this by Shell will give you more ideas.

Hang in there,
