A poll: which of your symptoms stay with you & which ones come & go?

Was wondering which symptoms seem to stay with you & never leave & which ones come & go. I know that its different for everyone . Please share if you don't have the official dx. Thanks & God bless you all.

sx that stay:
fatigue, weakness in arms & legs, tingling, vibrating feeling is also daily, twitching, heat sensitivity, feeling like waves of electricity, pins & needles, always feel off balance, numbness in hands & feet, my spine & feet feel like they're on fire.
sx that come & go:
spasms (usually have some daily but worse when running a fever or get overheated),bowel problems, bladder problems, trouble swallowing, brain fog, tremors, eye pain, headaches, muscle cramps, dizziness, slur my words at times, face pain, itching, & ears ringing
Thats what so irritating with not having a dx yet, I seem to be getting progressively worse. I am still hoping & praying though .

The leg and arm spasms have gone on for 16 months.  I think I may have had a small flair begining in the middle of March and I'm starting to feel better, not quite as shaky.  Anyway, the weakness has stayed since then.

Constant:
-"Buzz" in the lower extremities.
-Paresthesias (tickles, zaps) mostly lower extremities.
-Tremor.
-Weakness.

Comes and Goes:
-Spasms in legs, sometimes in arms, hands, diaphragm.
-This happens almost daily, but I've had a couple days break here and there.  The meds help.
-Mood swings (I'm also going through menopause, so I'm not sure what to attribute this to).
-L'Hermittes.
-Periodic shakyness (whole body seems shaky).

The paresthesia, the tremor, and the muscle weakness have been more or less constant.  During a flare or a pseudo-flare, everything gets worse, of course.
