That symptom, on its own, is not overly suggestive of MS. Optic neuritis is the primary eye related MS symptom. Pe the Mayo Clinic the primary symptoms of optic neuritis are:
Pain. Most people who develop optic neuritis experience eye pain that's worsened by eye movement. Pain associated with optic neuritis usually peaks within several days.
Vision loss. The extent of vision loss associated with optic neuritis varies. Most people experience at least some temporary reduction in vision. If noticeable vision loss occurs, it usually develops over the course of hours or days, and may be worsened by heat or exercise. Vision loss may be permanent in some cases.
Loss of color vision. Optic neuritis often affects the perception of colors. You may notice that the colors of objects, particularly red ones, temporarily appear "washed out" or less vivid than normal.
Flashing lights. Some people with optic neuritis report seeing flashing or flickering lights.
Other MY related visual symptoms include nystagmus. This is the condition in which the movement of the eyes gets out of sync. The primary result is double vision.

The pressure started after a botox injection around the eye. They can't find any link and all eye tests are normal (OCT and routine eye exams). From what I am told, my finding is highly a uncommon occurance.
Was the doctor able to establish any connection between the lesion and the symptom? Have you seen an opthamologist? So many questions! :-)

The MRI was prescribed for a slight, but constant feeling of pressure (not painful) behind one eye.
Usually it's the other way around, symptoms without MRI evidence.
What was the reason for your trip to The Tube (MRI)?
