I know that I've experienced panic many times, and when I do, my feet, hands and face get cold, and they start prickling and tingling.  I practice calming exercises until I feel better.

Hi and welcome. I don't know what this finding means, but I've never heard of it in terms of MS. I hope our resident expert, Quix, sees this and comments.

Did you know that tingling feelings are very common with anxiety and panic? Are you being treated for this disorder? There are medications that can help you a great deal.

I seldom recommend that people stop researching their symptoms on the internet, but in this case that is what I suggest. If you are anxious, reading but not understanding the context of medical articles can only make anxiety worse. That is not what you want.

Please let us know what your neurologist tells you, and good luck.

I'm sorry for what you are going through right now.  Did anyone tell you what would be happening next?

I'm sorry you are not doing well.

Are you seeing a neurologist?   Or just a regular primary care physician?

When the test came back and said you had signal fluid intensity in left basal ganglia, did they say if this might be causing the tingling or anxiety?  D

Did they tell you why you might be having the signal fluid intensity in left basal ganglia and what you should do about it?
