Crazy Weird Symptom

The last 3 months have brought on a few new symptoms.  I started a few months ago feeling like I was stepping in something wet, but when checking there would be nothing there.  This lasted about a month, on & off.  Then the feet progressed to my heels being in extreme pain when walking and then going numb when sitting or laying down.  This week I can hardly walk because of the pain in the heels of my feet, it's horrible.

I don't really know how to describe this symptom, but I will try.  I've been have symptoms for years and mostly they are all here everyday, some days worse than others.  Now, this is the really crazy weird symptom.............When watching TV, if I see someone get hurt or while watching any kind of dr show that shows anything painful, if I just think of something painful..........I actually feel the pain shoot down my legs.  It doesn't last, it is just like a sudden reaction to the pain I'm seeing, but it is painful.  I know this sounds totally wonked, but I promise it is happening.

I just don't understand what's happening to me.  I had a clear brain MRI, so how does seeing or thinking of something painful actually cause me to have pain?  Doesn't happen everyday, but starting to happen more frequently. I've started closing my eyes if I think I might see something painful.............I know I sound completely crazy and it really makes me feel crazy.

I feel really strange telling all of you about this, but maybe some of you have had this happen.  I know I wouldn't feel so crazy if I knew others had this happening too.  But then again, I wouldn't want any of you to have to deal with this either, kinda a catch 22, huh?

Hope you all are having a good day.

Hugs
doni

This is because of your psychic powers I think.  You feel what others are feeling, maybe? Ya think!

Well, My Doni, seriously, I think you might be getting tensed up or something, or it triggers something mentally - then you feel it, or it somehow brings it on.  Honestly, I just don't know.  But, I believe you that this is happening and know that you don't need anything contributing to your present levels of pain.

So, I think you should watch some feel good types of pictures.  I know those action packed pictures with a lot of violence and bloodshed may me downright sick! I mean, truthfully, I feel them and it alters my mood.  I feel that I know this is not "real" however, real violence takes place like this all over our world, and watching it is so very real to me.  Same as when movies or pictures make us cry, cry, and cry.

So, like I said, I do believe it and stay away for sure.

Hey, speaking of cryers, anyone see that one Road to Tarabithia? Oh my Gosh! I was a mess for hours!

Do jot down the feet wetness and pain Ms. and have it all ready in your head for your appt. next month - ok?

Love you friend,
Shell

I DO NOT watch Auburn games.  The torture would be too much!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I haven't had any numbness there, mine is mostly in places on my legs. My left leg from knee to ankle, on the outside part, stays numb 24/7.

Isn't whatever this is that is happening to us, just the most fun.....................NOT!!!!!!!! Most mornings I dread getting up, cause I wonder............"What's going to be wrong today"..................hee.....hee.......hee.......

Being undx doesn't help, does it.  Having that clear brain MRI, has really thrown me for a loop, because of all the sensory, eye, and other symptoms I have that you would think are caused by something in the brain.  Oh well, who knows...

We will just limp around and be numb to it all, huh Richard?  I do pray every night for all of us limbolanders to find that one neuro who will help us find our answers.  Time will tell.
