End of week funny

Guys and gals,
This may be inappropriate, but I thought with so many of us suffering I thought it many be time to have a giggle. As they say laughter is the best medicine, so here's hoping this touches your funny bone:

The paediatrician, just to make conversation at the start of an appointment, asked six-year-old Johnny, who watched a good amount of  TV, Johnny, if you found a couple of dollars and had to spend them, what would you buy?”
“A box of Tampax,” he replied without hesitation.
“Tampax?” said the doctor. “What on earth would you do with that?”
“Well,” said Johnny, “I do not know exactly, but it’s sure worth two dollars.
With tampax, it says on TV, you can go swimming, go horseback riding, and also go skating any time you want to.”

cute..thanks. and it brought back a funny story my dad told me. When he was a little boy in the 1930's, his mother sent him to the store for dinner napkins. He went looking for them and saw the boxes of "napkins" liked up on the shelf. He saw a box labeled "extra absorbant" and thought, "Mother will really like them if I spill my milk". So he went up to the counter and purchased them. The pharmacist was skeptical about the purchase and asked him if he was sure that's what Mother wanted. My Dad was insistent that was the right thing.

Needless to say, my daddy got a quick lesson on the birds and the bees when he got home with sanitary napkins instead of dinner napkins..lol
