It is easy to forget what is on the internet is public domain. The Library of Congress just recently downloaded all tweets.

As Ren pointed out it can be used in court.

Also their are programs which alert someone every time a word or name is used. The drug companies can use this technology to keep track of what is said about there product.


I do not want to scare anyone just alert you to what you may not know.

  Thanks for the reminder!!! I am always telling people especially new members to feel free to vent. It is so important to be able to share and get things off your chest.

  The thing is I never remind ppl that they need to watch what they share. With my cog fog I tend to forget just about everything at some point so thanks again for the reminder.

P.S. Did you ever read George Orwells book 1984? It was scary at the time but "Big Brother" is so far beyond that book now it's amazing. Privacy? I think only in your home, lol !!

Alex, you are so right and that is why we all should temper our comments here.  If you notice this forum continues to respect the unwritten rule of not naming neuros, ,especially the horrible ones.  

There may be forums out there that are used to vent and name drop, but fortunately this is not one of those!
