There is a study presently recruiting PwMS to evaluate an investigational medication for the treatment of spasticity due to MS. The drug is supposed to be similar to baclofen but require only twice a day dosing.

The Command Clinical Research Trial is enrolling 200 people in 35 cities across the US. Eligible participants are adults 18 to 70 years of age who have moderate to severe spasticity due to MS.
Those who qualify for participation in the study will receive (at no cost):
Study-related exams and evaluations with an MS Specialist
Laboratory testing
Study medication
Plus, qualified participants will be reasonably compensated for time and travel.
