Having another bad night.

By 8PM I was fighting to keep awake, my normal bedtime is 10PM.  At about 8:30 I finally gave up and headed to bed yawning all the way. It was kind of warm in my bedroom so I decided that I would turn on the AC there to cool it down a bit as I just don't sleep good ( too much pain and jerking) if I am too warm.

So before turning on the room AC I needed to close my bedroom door. I must have flipped the light switch at least a half dozen times before it dawned on me that flipping the light switch would not close the door. When I get tired my brain does not work that great. :) So I closed the door finally and promptly turned the bedroom light on so that it would be dark in the room. Duh.... Oh do I need some sleep! Turned the light off, climbed into bed and turned on the AC with the remote.

As I laid there in bed waiting for the room to cool off some I kept thinking about the crazy things I had just did, laughing to myself a little bit. It doesn't take too long for the room to cool off and I turned of the AC and am ready to go to sleep. But that was not to happen.

No sooner than I turned off the AC when one of my sneezing fit started. It is kind of hard to fall asleep when every few minutes you sneeze. After about 20 minutes and blowing my nose a dozen or so times the sneezing finally quit. I rolled over to try and sleep, but again that was not to be the case. I started hiccuping! they lasted about another 30 minutes before quiting.....But now I was wide awake! :( I sure hope this isn't the start of another round of hiccups every day.  I had them for several months and they only stopped about a month ago.

Well it is almost 2AM now and I think I'll see if I can get to sleep now. I don't really feel sleepy, but maybe the darkness of my bedroom will help with that. Good night to all!

Dennis
