New Week - what's everyone up to - we'll give the holiday the excuse we are late

Not much for me, am being the invalid, trying to recover from Tysabri side effects and be at my neuro's next Monday, a tall order.  Other than that, hanging out with our oldest in DC, watching his life from the sidelines.

Hope everyone is having a good week

Happy Thursday!

As Gilda Radner used to say on SNL...It's always something!

I went to my PCP this morning to get the last 2 steps of my pre- Gilenya taken care of.
I got my Shingles vaccine
I got my EKG- unfortunately it came out with an abnormal reading and now he scheduled me to see a cardiologist. Ugh,
I also found out I have a UTI, so back on another med.

Happy birthday Lu! I hope it's the beginning of a happy, healthy year :)

Enjoy the rest of the week  friends!

Hi everyone!  I hope you're getting along okay, and feeling well!

I've been struggling all week.  I'm weaker, but I don't think I'm relapsing.  I may have an infection in my sinuses- so that would explain the general weakness.

I have three loads of laundry to fold, and zero energy...  But that's about it.  My next neuro appt is at the end of next week.  It looks like we will be discussing MG, as well as MS at this appt.  I just hope he can tell me that it's "just my ms".  I'll let you know.

Bye for now!

Happy Birthday Laura!  :-)  Good News! My partner's brother (in-law), has a brother who's an oncologist at Emory Univ. He said he's going to look over my reports and maybe request my ct scans and tell me what he thinks of everything.

Went to my monthly neuro follow-up appt at the end of last week. She says my legs are a bit tighter. And when she does my knee reflex, it shows even more hyperreflexia on my left side with it going back & forth after she hits my knee and it's starting to do it on my right side as well.

I don't have any more doc appts this week.

For some reason, I can't start a new post on the forum. So, here it is for you, Lulu-Laura.

Happy Day of you Birth Lulu! Hope your day is fab! With cake, icecream, or brownies, and balloons, or a bubble bath (not too hot of course), or a cold beer! haha

(((Hugs)))
Hope your day is fab :)

Start the week?  I'm feeling like I haven't ended the last one because there has been no break.  PT on Thursday for balance and gait.  Several projects and work that need to be wrapped up before this next weekend.  I was off on Tuesday to make the Tysabri run to Columbus. Unlike poor Sarah, the Tysabri seems to be good for me with none of the dreaded side effects.

Here's to a good week for everyone!

I will be studying in preparation to begin teaching through the Book of 1 Samuel at church. I also have a date with some sheet rock mud and tape in the nursery at church. Other than that, I'm planning on spending some time with my family.

Have a great rest of your week everyone.

Just got home from Board of Zoning Appeals hearing.  Part of at least two of my day jobs.

Eye exam tomorrow afternoon, help stepson figure out why his truck is smoking, help oversee new Kids' Club we've started at church, weekly prayer meeting tomorrow evening, try to finish countertop/sink/faucet replacement so we can have a kitchen again, and try to schedule that MRI.  Might even get that done; I'm finding MRI scheduling to be as easy as scheduling an eye exam right now, in our area.
