well it was there and then it disappeared so I will try it in the middle of this paragraph and see if it stays put http://****.*** this is excellent - thirty minutes of doctor talk!
I'm interested in this but the web site seems to be deleting it. Try putting the just the first part in one sentence and then putting the part after the dot in the next sentence. Lets try and outsmart the system!
Let's find a way to do this. I am interested in seeing it!!!
1.maybe
2.put a
3.letter or
4. two in each
5.sentence
6.it might work:)
Sally
ok lets try talking in code and see if you can find it from these clues :-)
this is sooooo frustrating.
being by going to a website called healthtalk
yes, it is a ******* site
on the left side use the menu to select MS
under that ms menu find webcasts
on the page listing for webcasts go to page 6
the one I listened to last night is
The Latest on Visible and Invisible Signs of MS
first few minutes you could skip but the doctor discussion on lesions and symptoms is very informative.
I will also try posting the entire address in a journal entry on my page and see if that would work....
keeping my fingers crossed you can find it,
Laura
I can't believe it took out that it is a
d o t c o m site and I even spelled d o t !
If this is bleeped think polkadots!!! ;-)
I will find a way to get you there yet!!!
also, this one is from January 2004 - looks like tons of ms interviews on this site to listen to and you can also download them for pod casts (if I had an ipod and if I knew how to use it!)
When you type an internet address, do not add the 'http' or 'www'
usually that will get past the automatic censor
I'll try Heather's suggestion and see if this flies through...

Laura
You did it. Thanks for your persistence.
Jo
I love a challenge - a good mental exercise.
I hope you find the clip informative.
Laura
Thanks for the link. It is very helpful and this afternoon I've already listened to more than a few in the archives.
the archives are so lengthy, I will be listening for several weeks..........
if you find one that is particularly helpful why don't you let us know?
later,
Laura
This site is so good that I am bumping this back to the top in case you missed this on Friday..... the total address is in one of my posts toward the end of the page. Laura
I found the site and you are right, it looks like it will be a good resource. But I have to thank you because not only did I get good info from the site, I found a Neuro that I want to try to get in to see. He was one of the guest speakers and he is only 3 or so hours away from where I live.
Even if his practice is closed, I might be able to weasel my way in. I am feeling very hopeful right now and I want to thank you for posting that link
Sally
Sally,
Isn't it funny how everything works out for a reason.... I am excited that you heard a neuro that may fit what you are searching for. Please do keep us posted if it works out!
Very happy it worked, finally!!
Laura
PS do you want me to write a referral for you? LOL
Thanks, Laura, for the interesting link.
If you go to
www2.
healthtalk.
com
/go/multiple-sclerosis/webcasts/archive
you can see a list of all the webcasts and there are links to transcripts if you don't want to take the time to listen.
