MRI results

My child had an MRI done we got the results normal findings of the brain.However they found  otomastoiditis and bilateral sunusitis.What does it mean?

The findings would indicate exactly what Lillibby stated and your pediatrician as well as an ENT should be consulted promptly before any permanent issues develop. My son had many problems with sinuses and a pediatric ENT treated him.

I am assuming your pediatrician would get the results anyway. Good luck. Hope your child feel better soon.

I believe this would refer to infections of the mastoid bones behind the ears and the sinuses which are in the front and rear of the skull.  Has your child been having headaches and dizziness?  I think mastoid problems can cause hearing loss.  You should talk to your pediatrician about it.
