What? is it really MS

I have had two doctors mention MS as I am speaking with them about the symptoms that I am having:  extream weakness in my arms (the weight of my own arm is sometimes too heavy), vision changes (difficulty driving at night, focusing while reading or shopping), difficulty swollowing food, breathing, neck cramps, and an overall tired feeling past  2pm.  I am only 27 years old and the idea that someone at my age would have these complaints seems odd to me.  I feel like if I am feeling this way at 27, what will I be like at 60 or 70.  I have been healthly for most of my life, besides the fact that I just can't seem to kick the smoking thing.  I eat well, exercise as much as I can with a two year old, and  do not drink.  I guess my question is... do you think this sounds like the first stages of MS? Should I go through the stress of test after test only to have some Dr. tell me its all in my head or that they cant figure it out?  Any thoughts?

I know its fustrating going through all these tests, but you know something is not right. You need answers. It's not all in your head. Let them do the tests and set your mind at ease. I will be praying.
