We are only MS its, not doctors, but I don't see any glaring MS signs.
It usually appears on one side or the other not both and not with as many symptoms as you describe.
Start with your primary doctor and get a good physical.
Sarah said it well.
I can only add even though you only smoked a short time, nicotine is a drug..and can cause withdrawal symptoms, many of which sound like what you're experiencing. And they can wax and wane..we're all different, so it's always best to check with your personal Dr who can certainly guide you and reassure you..

What does you problem have planned for you? Have you stopped and other medications or herbal remedies with the smoking or stated any. I just started Lamictal. I have to do 25mg for a week, then 50, then 75, then 100.

I also want to add Bravo for quitting smoking!
My mom is going on 10 yrs in remission from lung cancer. She was a long time smoker, had been quit several years when the cancer showed up.
I've never smoked except the years of 2nd hand growing up in a house with smokers...So I try not to say what I would do, etc when I haven't "walked a mile"..
My mom would tell you "Great job! And don't ever start smoking again.".
