OT: If you would please send up prayers...

I'm reaching out to this wonderful community because I believe in the power of prayer, good vibes, positive energy and whatever else a person uses to help lift another up.  A little over a month ago my dear Dad was diagnosed with pancreatic cancer.  A truly devastating disease that blindsided all of us.  He has had 2 rounds of chemo, but at his last appointment his counts were too low, so he needs to take a break from the "poison",  which is also the treatment in trying to manage the cancer.

If you could please keep him in your prayers.    There is little hope with this type of cancer, and hope and a prayer is what we as a family are hanging unto.

Thank you so much!
Karen

Continuing to keep you, your family, and your dad's medical team in my prayers. Make sure you are taking care of yourself during this difficult time, too. Squeeze your hubby & kids a little tighter each day -- good for them and you!

I will pray for him. Getting neutronpenic and having to take a break is normal with chemo. I have had to do it many times. Sometimes they will give you neulasta to rev up the immune system.
