Welcome back,
Happy to hear that you had a great time.
Jet lag is really frustrating but it's worth it:)
Looking forward to seeing pic's, sounds like you had a wonderful time.

I am so happy you had a wonderful trip despite the weather. Can't wait to see pictures. Was this your first trip to Austrailia?
Several years ago we had a 4 day layover in Sydney on our way back to the states from Bali. It was kind of an unplanned stopover that we were ill prepared for. It was June - rainy and cold. We didn't have jackets or umbrellas but the kind lady who managed the apartment complex that we were renting from provided us with both. We were having such a good time that my daughter Sarah finally got her wish to get her ears pierced. I'd love to go back someday and explore other places like you all did. And, cuddling a Koala Bear, that would be the best thing ever.
Glad to have you back.
Julie
What a great trip that sounds like! I hope you'll post lots of pix.
Welcome back, Sarah.

Glad you're back! I hope you had a grand time with family. When you are well rested I'd love to hear more details of your trip. My wish that may not ever come true is to visit Australia some day so any and all details are welcomed, even those spent with family and friends.
Get some rest, then give us the scoop!!!

Hey glad your back and you had a great time down under, I did warn you about the weather though!
Ahhh bananas, I stopped buying them when my produce order had $27.87 listed for the 12 bananas i'd ordered. It wasnt long ago we only paid $1.50 per kilo, but QLD was hit by the cyclones and then the floods so their crops are desimated, maybe next year they;ll be back on the menu again.
Just so you know, Koala's are not as friendly in the wild as they are at the zoo or santuary's. Whilst up a tree they look ever so sweet and cuddly, but on the ground they have claws, sharp claws that strip bark and help them hold onto those trees. So if they are on the ground make sure you keep your distance and are not standing between them and the tree or potential mate, they are heading for or you;ll come off second best. We holiday with them and the first time I heard one call, it scared the pants off me. Sort of a cross between a wild boar caught in a trap and a horse with emphaseema (sp) lol its wild and scary but still I love them!
Anyhoo, i'm glad your back!
Cheers.....JJ
Welcome home - rest up lots. We'll be waiting to hear more details.
