Always on the quest for the perfect food, here's a recommendation

Chocolate Decadence from Trader Joe's

I'm eating a bowl right now for breakfast because it is a cereal.

wickedly delicious - lots of grains to compliment the milk/white chocolate curls, and milk chocolate chunks in the chocolate coated whole wheat and oats.  for the additional health benefit they through in loads of sliced almonds.

It is definitely not like the cocopuff's of my childhood - If you have a TJ's close to you, pick up a box and let me know what you think!

Not south, just eastern seaboard. Think Orioles.

Although there a few exceptions to the alc. sale laws, in general the liquor lobby is very strong here, and that means beer, wine and liquor sold only in privately run stores. I'd have to drive elsewhere maybe 90 minutes to find a TJ's with vino.

The beauty of this Ess is you can eat it for lunch and dinner too! Or by the handful out of the box as a snack - 32 grams of whole grain goodness makes up for the chocolate, right?  

If you buy the two-buck by the case it's discounted - so stock up!
I've never asked - are you in the south?  no alcohol in the supermarket sounds very southern.

Don't think I'd like any kind of choc. cereal, but I LUV Trader Joe's. So many interesting things, so much impulse-buying.

I hear Two-Buck Chuck is now 3 bucks. Not surprising, given everything. But supermarkets can't sell alcohol here, so I'm SOL in that regard.
