Please help me, neurological symptoms!

I'm really praying someone can give me some insight please!
I'm a 42-year-old female never had any major health issues.
Back on May 7 I had to vaccines hepatitis B and tetanus.  Five Days  later I woke up and with some chest tightness and little tingling and numbness in my arms.

From that point on for the next four weeks I would continue to have either numbness and tingling or pain in my arms from my shoulder to my fingers sometimes would be both arms sometimes it would be one it seem to stem from my shoulders. All of these symptoms would last minute hours and sometimes even the whole day sometimes it was numbness and tingling combined with pain sometimes just want to be honest usually in the mornings I would wake up maybe feel little stiffness in my hands but once I move it went away and I felt pretty good but by the end of the day when I went to bed they would be aching and hurting or Burning.

At that point I started to notice a shake in my arms if I raise my arm up above my head like I'm waving and then bring it back down the motion coming back down  is shaky going up the arm would be nice and smooth.   I also started to have that tingling feeling in my feet on my feet to my knees and nerve pains in my legs.  The first time I had it was only for a couple of seconds and went into my left leg then  went into my right . The next time I had it which was a few weeks later it lasted all day long until the next morning when I woke up.

I had one episode of severe headache on july 3rd that was like one I never had in my life that lasted 12 hours until I went to the emergency room and they injected me with some sort of painkiller.

After that day I seem to have a lot of decent days where I didn't have too much pain still always had something migrating pain or tingling something minor going on in the shakiness was still there when I move my arms. About a week ago I noticed descending stairs I also felt shakiness in my legs.

Today my right arm is been bothering me a lot from my shoulder similar to what it started out like because in the beginning my arm pains in both arms were so severe I hardly even wanted to type it just hurts so much.

Symptomatic mentioned are only some have a lot of others maybe I Will list them at the end.

Want to mention that I started my period yesterday I also started my period on July 1 which was two days before the major headache before that my period started on June 8 and I believe around that time I was having bad arm pains and the month before that I know I start on May 1 but I didn't have any symptoms of anything until May 12 after the vaccines.

I want to mention that on April 9 I started having palpitations I actually figured they were due to stress. I was still having them at the time of my vaccine but they weren't bothering me much I was just occasional.

I've had a cervical and a brain MRI with no contrast unremarkable the cervical spine has one tiny bulging disc that I was told not impending any nerves and wouldn't cause me such problems.  I have had lots and lots of blood work done everything has come back normal.

Very fearful not knowing what's going on with me I'm afraid that shakiness or jerkiness and my movements of my muscles will start to get worse and I will get paralyzed they don't know when I'll find out what's wrong with me I just want to know if people think this sounds like it could  be MS also if anybody's had these types jerky movements I want them to go away or at least know if they will be at worse.

Around 12 August I'll be able to get another MRI of the brain with contrast that will only be about six weeks after my first MRI but because I didn't have contrast symptoms he would do that anybody have any words of advice for me

Thanks for your post, I just wanted opinions from those experiencing MS if I might have it.  Im grabbing at staws, I thought maybe my cycle was making it worse at times, I thought of this last night as I noticed some of my pain returning.

I also forgot to say on occasion, last time being with my migrane I had some throat discomfort pain but not scratcy and soar, just pain from the throat and numness of my tounge.  I noticed yesterday while eating my tounge felt tired.  At one point I had a strange coolness on the center of my tounge it only aster about 30 seconds but was strange.  I've had the lead feint in my arms too although this was early on.  I really don't believe it's related to hormone fluctuations at all I just thought with MS that time of the month would bring on more symptoms?  Thank you for your comment.  I some days feel like I'm getting better but the shakes never go away the. I get pains again like today.  They feel like the are deep in my muscles. I guess I need to keep searching.  Feel so lost.

Hi and welcome to our MS community.

Jewels to be honest with you, MS is 'not very likely' due to quite a number of things, eg. the way your sx have presented, the spreading and migrating, the multiplying sx, the moving around, incorporating all peripheral limbs etc. All these points are whats called red flags leaning away from MS as causation, due to the very nature of MS, it would be almost impossible for MS to behave as you have described.

I was just wondering if it would help to post this in the womens health forum, its possible there are some hormonal fuctuations happening due to menstral changes. I dont really have a clue but it would seem to be a rather strange coincidence if its not 'all' inter-connected, I think its worth checking out if anyone over there has some ideas too.

Cheers............JJ

I didn't mean to hit post yet!  Anyway some of my other symptoms have been muscle twitches stiffness bee stings nerve pains, feeling of warm water over my leg. They also had a lactic acid burn in my muscles when climbing stairs or doing something for sure. Time with my arms the burn comes way faster than it ever should.  The normal tingling I get is usually very dull but at times I've had it be very intense the intense ones usually go away with little bit of shaking and they usually come on without having any pressure on the part of my body not like sleeping on it or anything.   Sure I'm forgetting quite a few things but just to give you a general idea this is been going on for 10 weeks maybe 11 weeks.  And when I have my palpitations now they make me  cough.  Feeling quite desperate to just know what's going on please someone can you give me some help?
