Freezing!

Anyone else have this?
Was sitting on the sofa and from my waist to my knees felt like I was laying on cold concrete, very cold inside my body but was warm to the touch outside, lasted about an hour

you are pretty close JJ, except that you feel this internally.  When touching your skin, you feel warm, but internally you feel so very cold like sitting on cold concrete.

morning,

I dont think i'm actually understanding what you've experienced, in my head when i'm thinking about sitting on concrete, i come up with cold to touch, numb butt cheek but I dont think that's the same lol

Um the closest feeling I get, is every now and then, a section of my left butt cheek feels like i've sat on something cold and wet. For a while there i was constantly changing my clothes even though they were not wet, my skin was not wet and the chair i was sitting on wasn't wet. It took me a while to work out it was just an internal feeling, not a result of sitting on something cold and wet lol weird.

Cheers.......JJ

Hi you, I have that same thing, quite often.  I usually get it in my shins to my feet, or the top of my head, working it's way down.  It kind of feels like ice cubes melting on my head.   I sometimes has a hot bath just to help with it, but, then the hot bath can make you more exhausted.

Good thing, it doesn't last for days though....

((HUGS)) to you,
Candy

Yes all the time for years I have had this. Drs don't seem to have an answer and just blow it off. Often the next thing I know I am hot all over. Sorry I don't have any answers but you aren't alone.
