As I was buying clothes for my recent Florida trip, I came across some T-shirts at Eddie Bauer's. They are sunscreen. You don't burn through them. Intrigued, I bought one. It really did work, even sitting out on patio in direct sun. BUT, the one's I found were short sleeved. There must be others out there. Something else for web surfing when bored.

Ohhhh honey...I can relate 100% to what you went through...we have to be soooo careful, especially if we are on one of the meds that makes us more sensitive to the sun but also if we are not!  Hubby burned the tops of his feet where his flip flops were not covering and although he says it's because they haven't been exposed to the sun in 50 years, that sun is just plain dangerous so be careful!
