Symptoms come and go Quickly

I have not been diagnosed with MS, but did recently have Bells Palsy.  Since then I have had some other symptoms that come and go quickly.  My question is that possible with MS.  for example I will feel a slight amount of puffyness bellow my left eye and have some vision problems.  it will last 30 minutes or so, then go away completly.  I had evening muscle twitching for about a week.  The twitching would happen anywhere in my body and last just a few second.  it was not accompanied my weakness.  I have had no trouble doing anything in my dailty life and was very active yesterday with no twitching at the end of the day (to my surprise), aqnd no twitching so far today.  I know this could all be my body recovering from the Bells Palsy, but I also know these symptoms are in MS.  I was just wondering if anyone who as MS had the symptoms come and go so quickly.  Especially the Vision things.  Thanks!

I had an upper respitory infection, and a cold sore before the Bell's Palsy.  No Fever, and no Rash.  i went to the ER when this started, and have seen my GP twice, and they have not tested for, or even mentioned testing for Lyme's.  they both knew about my symptoms before this started.

I see that you live in Virginia.

I'm wondering when the Bells Palsy started?

Can you remember having any flu like symptoms before this, possibly with a rash?

The reason for asking is that you do live where there are deer ticks and thus the possiblity of Lyme Disease. The neuro symptoms you describe are fairly typical of Lyme, especially Bells Palsy.

If you have not had a Western Blot test for Lyme, you might want to discuss this with your doctor.

How long do they last when they come?  Like I said i had muscle twitching in the evening for about 6 days, and now it is gone.  They vision issues pop up periodically and are not consistent as to when.  it's weird because the bottom of my eye feels puffy, but doesn't look puffy.  I suppose ot could be allergies.  I also suspect that it could still be stuff from the Bell's Palsy.  That side of my face sunk down 9and my nostril was about 50% the size of the right one), and hasn't fully returned.  I noticed today that I couldn't breath that well thourgh my left nostril at the same time that I was having vision issues, but I don't know if that has alway been the case.  Just looking for some input as to how long MS symptoms last and if these quickly disappearing symptoms are nothing to worry about, and probably related to the Bell's Palsy or allergies.

Puffyness I am not so sure is an MS symptom. Usually MS symptoms last longer. That said I will have the same symptoms in the same parts of my body come and go but I have had MS for a very long time.
