This made the MH environment feel more familiar to me

THERE YOU ARE!  AM I EVER GLAD TO SEE ALL OF YOU.

Lots of you are more computer savvy than me and may already know this but....

I just realized the Forum Settings tab (at the top of the front page, where the threads are listed) is good for more than changing font size.  We can select a 'Sort By' choice there as well.  Mine had been set to list threads by 'Date Started'.  When I switched it over to 'Last Post' I found it felt more familiar and it's easier to follow conversations in progress.

I don't know if we had this option before or if it was a default setting.  It must be what I was used to before because I felt myself relax as soon as I could see what had happened here in the last few minutes.  It looked like nobody was having anything to say before that.  I thought nobody was home.  I'm glad to see ya'll are still here.

Mary

Thanks Mary-----I'm on Firefox too so this will really help.  And, yes, it's great to know who is here!

Twopack ,

Thanks for the tip. Fortunately , mine was already set to Last Post. Don't why, if I did it  or the forum did it. Ahhhh, the problems of getting old  coupled with short term memory. However it is a setting I prefer.
