Symptoms: 53yo Male, past history of Hypochondriasis due to perceived medical diagnosis. Full feeling in head, neck and face and dizziness.Neck pain, lower back pain and burning thigh pain and numbness both thighs mid and outer. Nausea, I can't remember when I didn't have this. Slight balance issues sometimes along with overall general weakness feeling at times with whole body. Headache that moves around and full feeling in ears with tinnitus in both ears at times. Symptoms come and go on and off for the last 13 years. Panic attack in past but it's been a long time...

Hi and welcome, what you describe doesn't sound like a neurological condition like MS to me, "Neck pain, lower back pain and burning thigh pain and numbness both thighs mid and outer" could be suggestive of a structural spinal issues (eg slipped disc, disc degeneration, stenosis etc)  and impinging the peripheral nervous system....the upper cervical spine (upper neck) is associated with inner ear disorders, vertigo, tinnitus, head and ear fullness, migraines, nausea etc etc etc so a spinal issue could be one possible explanation for what you've been experiencing.

Hope that helps.....JJ
