You must not have read your diet instructions. It DOES say one delicious, creamy, luscious doughnut per year...
I didn't drive all the way into town for a doughnut, so I stopped at the corner store and bought a freshly made, soft and chocolatie, huge, gorgeous brownie. I was even licking the wrapper so I could get all the crumbs. Gosh it was good.

will you rotten lot stop talking about nice things!
from a girl on a diet.
Okay somewhere in here I seen cheesecake, it is way too hot for a doughnut. How about a Cappucino Cheesecake, anybody? Or a rich brownie with cream cheese frosting and ice cream on top? I thought I was doing good eating grapes instead of sweets but now I might have to whip something up.
Darn it anyway!!!! My mouth is watering and I don't have any cream cheese!!!! S-HIT!!!!
Many Grapeful Hugs,
Ada
Holy C rap - Tell me Girl!
You didn't REALLY go out in this did you!?
Oh no, please do report back in.......preferrably unmelted.
An hour later, and I'm still laughing over all this ramblings, tummy rumblings, soon to be over sugar'd stumblings....

After almost 15 years of being a diabetic, dependent on insulin at one time, then the diabetes pill...I restricted myself from such sugar delights, as doughnuts.
Now that I have been told that I no longer need to take medication, because I am no longer considered an active diabetic, I wanted to indulge in something I gave up all those years....SO...I am going out in the this 100 degree heat and going to buy myself a chocolate eclair. After indulging I vow NOT to take my blood glucose reading, since I know that it will terrify me....
So see you later....I am determined to staisfy my devilish desire for something full of Chocolate....

OMG, I haven't eaten donuts in years; they give me indigestion now. Never crave them.
UNTIL NOW, dang it!
My mom made home made donuts when I was little and they were one of the few things she did really well; applesauce donuts, buttermilk, ummmmm, with glaze, or maple or chocolate frosting.
Um, please may I have a donut?
LOL,
Kathy
