Well, ok, I know I over-did it :-(
We did a lot of walking yesterday (Kidney Walk at the zoo and then the children's museum after) I started with a headache (the one behind my left eye, it's back) and by 2 pm the headache was unbearable. I took a 2 hour nap and then spent the rest of yesterday in bed. I'm in bed again today :-(
The headache is being helped by Tylenol, but my body feels like it was hit by a truck.
Last week I started having a lot of joint pain. I honestly think it is some kind of seasonal joint pain issue...is that even possible? I had the same thing happen last year at this time and that started me on a round of doctors visits. Everything was normal, and by November the neurological symptoms started. When the joint pain started up again, it made me kind of expect neurological symptoms would flare up soon also. (Above what I'm having normally) Little things have gotten worse, for example: I'm still not able to do my Copaxone shot in my left hip. So, DH does it. A couple nights ago he went to give it and he said "Hold still!" LOL It was bad enough where I could tell I was swaying, and usually I don't notice when I am. I ended up having to lean against the counter.
My immediate concern is foot pain. Today my right foot is really bad. It feels like the whole side, from the pinky toe down to the heel is being stabbed in the bone. The pain will radiate like a wave up to my calf also. It is the same feeling as when you shudder from goosebumps or a chill, how it will go through you in a wave? Like that, but like a jolt of "electric" pain.
Do you guys think that is just a sign I over-did it too much yesterday?
