I've had that with my feet--- when they're super numb they feel "far away" from me and not "mine." It's a curious sensation.

I suppose I could say the same about body parts not feeling like they belong to you. About 9 years ago, I had the issue of seeing my legs, and feeling my legs but the fact i couldn't move them at all was the part of whose legs am I trying to move. I am not sure if that is considered cement like feeling or wooden. LOL

This happened to my right leg some time ago - right after I was diagnosed. It's numb in parts, and weak in the knee, which is bad enough, but it also can feel as if it's just not there. Fortunately it still moves as if it's part of me!
I hear you man. Sounds like what I call 'wooden arm'.
I've had this feeling for the better part of 20 months now.

I know exactly what you mean.
I have to say that I feel that way about my head sometimes.
