Welcome to the forums and as "twopack" stated in your previous post that is similar to this one, there are a lot of conditions that can produce these type of symptoms.
(disclaimer: posting the same question in a different thread isn't going to give you different answers. You should have remained in the one you started and answered the question two pack has asked you).
Four lesions on the brain doesn't mean anything unless you can state where the lesions are in the brain (or have a copy of your report and write it out here).
Questions arise such as: What laboratory tests were done and what results were they? (Such as B12, CBC, CMP, Thyroid, etc). Were they all normal? Did you have anything else done other than a MRI in diagnostic testing such as Lumbar Puncture or evoked potentials or EMG?
You give little information but post symptoms that most people here have and of course their answer is going to be "yes" we have them, because most here have been diagnosed with MS.
Just remember that because you have these symptoms does not indicate you have MS. There are many conditions that can cause these symptoms. I will assume your primary or neurologist had ordered laboratory tests (basic thing to do) to rule out reasons for your paresthesias (numbing/tingling).
Your blurred vision can be caused from other reasons other than Optic Neuritis such as astigmatism or dry eyes. Nausea can be neurological but also gastrointestinal too.
There's a lot of reasons that doesnt have to point to a progressive demyelinating disease.
I wish you luck Tony and let us know how things go

Hi Tony - Most of us have had some, if not all, of the above :-) What did the doc say about your lesions? Were they enhancing or non-enhancing? The more info you can give us the more we can give you :-)
