I am getting worried now

So I had the Lhermitte sign around 2007 with sudden back pains
it went and came back for a little bit then went again.

Then a couple of weeks ago I started to get "tender to touch" skin on my forearm which changed to different patches of skin including ontop of my head-there was visible rash,it felt prickly/tingly/sunbunt

It went, but now my Lhermitte is back
And I have been having twitching in my legs/eyes

Not severem, but noticible

The Lhermitte(electric pain down my spine)happens when I bend my head forward when I'm sitting down but only when my back's bent a little bit.

I'm just really worried this is MS, and I don't know how to approach my doctor, I don't want him to think I'm a hypochondriac or something

Does this sound like anything you know of?

Many Thanks.

The first thing that you don't do is mention that you think it might be MS.  That is one of the surest ways to be discarded as serious because the doctor might think you have been searching on line for information.

you don't say if you had seen a doctor in 2007 when these symptoms started.  I think you want to find a good doctor to work through these problems with and see where it leads.  Just stay open to the possibilites and be prepared to take a long time to get answers - pursuing a neurological diagnosis of any disease is not for the weak and it can take a long time.

Feel free to come back and ask all the questions you might have.

I would tell the doctor exactly what is happening.  If what he tells you or explains to you doesn't make sense then find another that will listen.  Words that might tip you off that he is not hearing you...anxiety, stress, depression and conversion disorder.  If he gives one of those RUNNNNNNNNNNN....
