hi ladies it is an indoor pool and it is quite cold so i can move and swim quite well in it i surprise myself and swim for a whole hour at a time.i do enjoy the outdoor pool as well i dont htink it opens until june though. the only thing i find i dont like about the pool is the showers that are way to hot the last time i went which was qbout six weeks ago i had to sit on the bench to cool off for half an hour as the heat makes me feel faint i keep asking the staff about the temp of the showers i think i will have to write a letter to the manager as i did enjoy goingt i was also doing the aqua aerobics three times a week.
Sorry you are feeling awful!
I am glad that you are planning to get out of the house. Even a change of scenery (sp?) can make such a difference for me so I hope that it helps.
Hope you are feeling better soon.
Hugs,
Erin :)
Sorry you are still having issues w/ bowels. Coming from another bowel sufferer
I can totally relate.
You said that you are starting back going to the pool.....is it an indoor pool? Heated?
Outdoor poll? In the sun? The reason I am asking is because if you are already having your sx still in an uproar....Any type of heat being indoor heated or outside in the sun.....the heat may not be such a good idea.
Hugs to you, and hope you can find some relief soon my friend.
Keep us updated...

PT has begun Occupational Therapy at the request of my neuro and the balance exercises continue.
I like your idea of going to the pool. There isn't one in easy driving distance for me and my driving is not good during a relapse. I would love to do a water exercise class!
I wish you well with the pool and getting yourself out in the world.
Take care,
Ren
