Just to say that I really hope your appointment goes well tomorrow and that you get some answes.  Make sure that you are clear about what you are hoping to achieve at the end of the appointment.  If you have any questions, it may help to write them down so that you don't go blank when in the appointment.  I am wonering if anyone is going with you to support you?
