Hi and welcome,
Could you please brake up any future posts into smaller text blocks, people with MS commonly have visual and or cognitive issues and find it very difficult to read large blocks of text...ta
Whilst i was trying to work out if you'd posted anything previously in your history that could of possibly been suggestive of MS, I noticed you have posted the exact same post in multiple communities.....I gather if you are asking if it could be ALS, MS, stroke, a vestibular disorder (inner ear) or autoimmune, you are basically concerned that something serious could of been missed even though your test results have not actually shown anything to be abnormal or even suggestive of any of the conditions your concerned about.
To be honest there's nothing you've mentioned that i can see that would be suggestive or consistent with any of the medical conditions your concerned about eg:
The visual situation you've described is not because there is anything abnormal with the health of your optic nerves or ocular muscles "I've been to several opthamologists , they have ruled out any damage to the eye or eye muscles themselves", and to me it actually sounds like your describing a convergence issue that is only created when you do one specific thing, which wouldn't usually be associated with anything seriously being wrong with the health of your eyes.
It's highly doubtful what your experiencing is neurological in nature, or that the MRI technician missed evidence of demyelinating brain lesions, a stroke etc when your basic neurological clinical assessment was not abnormal, and if your EEG (sticky pads on your head) was also normal you don't have any associated diagnostic evidence to suggest there is anything neurologically wrong going on, if anything the lack of suggestive/consistent neurological evidence would be pointing away from it being caused by a neurological condition like MS etc
"i am drooling A LOT in my sleep. As i write this i notice i keep swallowing, because i just have a lot of spit in my mouth Idk if that is related or not" ....it's possible your dealing with a sinus infection, allergy, medication side effect, diet related, acid reflux or GERD etc etc
Keep in mind that if for example you were dealing with something like a nasal allergy, it would be effecting your sleep quality to the point of sleep deprivation, which in turn will effect the amount of energy you have during the day and could also account for why you are yawning so much and having trouble staying awake at work, feeling off balance and weak and still be neurologically clinically normal.
I'm not saying that an allergy is definitely your answer but it's one idea that is often overlooked and something you might consider exploring if you haven't already done so...
Hope that helps......JJ
have you been tested for EBV? worth looking into.
