just a comment

This is just an observation that the last day or so it has seemed every person on the forum all over the world has had a crazy exacerbation of symptoms! Myself included. Have we hit some neurological moon phase?

I'm sorry so many are having issues that are causing so much interference to enjoying life. I'm giving moon salutations on behalf of us  all.

Better feelings and health to everyone.

I'm in winter over hear and not currently experiencing a relapse or exacerbation, just my new normal lol

Interestingly we've been having the hotest August (winter) so far, i sure hope that doesn't mean what it usually does or we're in for a bloody hot hot summer!

Keep cool my friends............JJ

I wonder if the heat wave throughout so much of the U.S. is a contributing factor, causing pseudoexacerbations for some?
