Hang in there! Don't stress. I am 27 with 2 kids. Just diagnosed. Took about 6 months, which by reading all these posts on the forum very quick. This forum rocks, just hang out here, there is lots to learn and its amazing how much i feel better knowing there are other people who have been through it all.
I am a 25 year old female who is in the process of being diagnosed. I am in an episode or attack (not sure what they are called) right now. Its pretty scary because I didn't know anything about it until this all started about a month ago. My neurologist won't answer any questions for me just says I'm too stressed which I have found that I need to to chill out with. But it is hard not to be scared when no one will explain it to you. I am going to a specialist Tuesday and hopefully will figure out exactly what is going on from their tests.
How long did it take for you to get diagnosed? Did you have to get a spinal tab done?? They did one on me but the fluid leaked out from the clinic to the lab where the test was to be done that is why they can't 100% diagnose me.
I know its hard to take it for everyone at first but stay positive. Have you tried any support groups in your area? This forum seems to also be very helpful. Hang in there:)
Hey JessJazz,
Welcome. Sorry for the dx. I'm not 20-something but hoping to still relate. What's been the hardest part for you this past (almost) yr?
thanks for joining us,

Welcome to the board! I am not diagnosed, but I am a 20-something with what looks like RRMS. This place has been a great support for me over the past two years, I'm sure you'll find it to be a welcoming place as well.
