How warm was the water Mary?  My arthritic joints enjoy warm water exercise but my MS lesions start to scream, "I'M MELTING!!".  Before diagnosis I used to wonder why ninety minutes of water walking would leave me strung out the rest of the day.  Now I know and limit my in-water time.

Hi mary,

Yes i seem to be weak and shakey all the time now, much worse when i try to do anything that requires the use of my legs, hmmm even walking for a little bit. Its usually disproportionate to the output, I still think in terms of 'the more you do the stronger you get', well this thing doesn't follow those rules and I have to keep reminding my self its the exact opposite.

Cheers......JJ
