sensation

i keep getting this horrible headache at the front of my head. if i put my head down a bit or lean it over i feel as if pressure is building up in the top of my head.start to feel dizzy as if i am going to pass out. i am also getting down the back of my neck a pressure feelimg when i do this.also from the back of my neck down i am getting a weird sensation of slight pain ferom the neck to the thoracic area is this caused by my ms?

HI SEEMS I GET THIS FEELING EVERY TIME I GO INTO ANOTHER RELAPSE ALTHOUGH IT MAY NOT BE CONNECTED BUT I FEEL IT MUST BE BECAUSE IT ALWAYS STARTS AT THE BEGINNING THE STRANGE SENSATION IS PROBABLT LHERRMITES AS IT SEEMS IT IS WITH NECK FLEXION

The headache pain doesn't sound MS related from what I've learned.  My husband had similar headache as you described, he checked his BP at work and it was really high.  He thinks the two are related.  Have you had your BP checked lately.

The weird sensation from your neck to thoracic area...can you describe it, and is it continuous or only upon head movement/neck flexion?  If the latter, it might be Lhermitte's, esp if it's a sensation of buzzing/vibrating/pins and needles/electric shock-type sensation.
