Before and after your diagnosis, did/do you get sick alot, like sinus infections, upper respiratory infections etc...

Hi Monica- Welcome to our little group.
I did not experience any increase in illness prior to being diagnosed, nor have I since my diagnosis. In fact I describe my self as the healthiest sick person I know :-)
Since my diagnosis I have made big changes to my lifestyle, designed to help my body fight the MS fight. I quit smoking, lost 35 pounds, get regular exercise, cleaned up my diet etc., etc. My cholesterol #'s are at levels they haven't seen since I can't remember when.
Like I said, I'm the healthiest sick person I know!
