three down, two to go

How often do people have solu-medrol infusions?  I am on my first round and it has helped.  How about these new trial drugs that have proven to be effective - the oral ones?

Only taken them once for 3-5 days.  Typically they are given to MS patients when they are in relapse to get sx under control quicker.

I have two or three infusions per month depending on my pain level.  They are taken three or four weeks apart.  Without them, I would not be able to function.  I am not sure if they are necessary because I was left untreated for so long or if because my MS is just that out of control.

They work for me.  My pain level goes down.  My left foot cooperates and lifts off the floor.  And mostly...the greatest part....I can get into my own bed!!!  no recliner!!!

I'm not sure what the avg is for IVSM. I've had it once and I've been Dxd for about 8-9 months. It didn't work too well on me.
