I ran up the bill 4 lab test

Hello,

just wanted to say thanks to all that replyed to my long intro.  But today wasn't a good day for me, so i went to my pcp and told about the Lyme Disease, that so many of you had spoke to me about.  So I took your advice, so we tested for Lyme, West Nile, Mono, Herpes, just anything that she could think of that the neuro didn't test for.  So it may be a week or two before I get all my results, but I'm at peace with it.

I dont' know if any of you have doctors that pray with you after your visits, but today we just prayed for answers to our questions and a name to the sypmtoms that are attacking my body.  And that really put me at peace.  Thank God for praying doctors... that believe in someone greater than themselves.

My pcp truly believes that it's MS, in the early stages, although she knows that my MRI was normal she's seen the episodes and the weakness that i'm experienceing... and she is Lyme Disease Literate we live in Okla. a lot of country and city mixed together.

I do have a question? in order to get me vision checked do I need to go back to my opthamologist or wait to see my new neuro sometime next month, because i have white spots of light and blurred vision in my left eye, when I got my vision checked in Oct. 2007 it was 20/20

May Gods Peace and Blessing Both Abide for each you & your families,

Vessel

If you don't mind could you e-mail me privately.  I would like some information on the neurologist you are seeing.  Right now I'm don't have a neurologist but my family doctor is amazing and since he has been treating me he is becoming quite an expert on MS.

We are both searching for a new neurologist for me but we aren't jumping into anything like we did last time.

So if you don't mind my e-mail is boomersoonercriley at the yahoo.com place.  Imagine that, boomer sooner.  I am also a true fan that loves them regardless of the win/loss record.  Of course as long as we beat Texas every year that's all that matters. haha
I still love any on you that are from Texas.

I'll be praying,
Carol

Yes, I think you should go and see your opthamologist.  I am also thankful for praying doctors.  Mine is a very good christian man and he does pray with me.  I really think that it makes a huge difference in the way they treat and help us.

I'm also from Oklahoma.  I live in Colcord, which is a small community with 1 store, a post office, 1st through 12th grade school,  (GO HORNETS) , 1 police officer, and of course I wouldn't dare leave out Talbot's Museum. haha  I'm only about 10 minutes from Siloam springs, Arkansas which has a population of a little over 13,000.  Yes, I know that's still pretty small but at least I have shopping, lots of restaurants, and several other nice things to do.  I love the small town life and wouldn't live anywhere else in the world.

Where are you from?  The closest semi large city to me in Oklahoma is Tulsa.  It takes just barely over an hour to get there.  I saw a doctor there for a while until she tried to kill me in a very unpleasant manner. hahaheehee  I laugh now but I sure didn't then.

I'll be praying,
Carol  (Boomer Sooner)
