walk on the front of my foot why?

I have had severe pain in my feet and i have always walked on the front of my feet with the heal barely touching the floor? What could cause this? I do have high arches and i can't find good fitting shoes. I always have to buy arch suports other wise i feal the arch in my foot ache really bad. With the pain going through my ankle, up the right side on my right leg, left side on my left leg, and up into my knee cap sometimes even reaching my hip/low back? I am only 21 and i don't have diabeties I work as a CNA so i do lift alot of weight from time to time.

If you have been "toewalking" (the medical term for what you describe) all your life, then it sounds like an excessive tightness in your calves and/or your achilles tnedons.  I recommend that you see a neurologist and have him evaluate your gait.  A physical therapy evaluation, maybe with treatment, might be helpful also.
