Is it MS or am i worrying myself?

Ok i am a 17 year old male just turned 17 few months ago last night i was on the computer playing a game and i noticed the left side of my hand went numb i think it myigh be beacuse were it was sittign not sure at all tho so i had a panic attack then when i calmed down wen to my room sat on my bed started playing another game and my thumb started tiwitching like were you could see it move and i started heck of freaking out so i went to bed woke up had it still but very mild has gone away now i can stil feel some pulsiating in my forearm is it ms or what could it be from what are the chances that i have ms?

I agree with the others, sounds like you may have been overdoing the keyboarding.  If you are concerned see your doctor.

Panic attacks can cause numbness and coldness in your hands, and so can improper positioning of your arms.  When I'm in a bad position at the desk and the edge is cutting into my hands, they'll go numb.

I recommend a wrist rest for your keyboard, and another for your mouse - try that first, and if you're still having problems, talk to your doc.

I wouldn't worry too much. It might just be from the computer and your hand position. Maybe you should see a doc. It could be as simple as carpal tunnel.

Try doing some stretches and take a break from the keyboard and/or video game controllers.
