Hi there!
Though possible, these do not typically look like the side effects of the prescribed medications. Likely causes that may need to be considered include neuro-muscular causes such as nerve compression/ impingement, vascular issues such as POVD, hormonal/ endocrine causes, micronutrient deficiencies, systemic causes such as infections, renal/ liver issues etc. I would suggest getting this evaluated by a primary care physician initially and depending on the cause diagnosed/ suspected, it can be managed accordingly or specialist care may be sought.
Hope this is helpful.
Take care!
