ALS SCARE ANXIETY. ANYONE RELATE??

Hi. This all started about 6 weeks ago. I was going through some severe health anxiety regarding my afib. Anyway at that same time i started getting muscle twitching on the left side of my body. Started in left foot and calf. Then was feeling in left shoulder, butt, stomach. Then in couple days right side was getting some too. I immediatly went into als scare....again. i began searching the internet every day all day. Twitching was in my feet and calves mostly left side all the time when at rest. Rest of body twitched here and there. 80% left foot and calf. Now even today still happening. Only now for the last week the tip of my tounge has been twitching...uggggh. just keep adding new areas. The tounge really freaked me out. Ive got no weakness at all and strength test myself everyday walking on heels and toes. Now my shin and upper foot region feel tight stiff and swollen even though it isnt swollen. I went to my dr who thinks bfs cause no weakness. I have an appointment with a neurologist in 2 weeks. This is driving me crazy. I have a 4 year old son and cant stop.thinking about this....what is going on with me.
