should I go to the ER! any info will help pls

Hi I am a 26 yr old who was just recently diagnosed with type to diebetes. I am healthy and not over weight. I do not know alot about the desease but for the past week I have been having som issues and I just wanted to know if its due to the diebetes. I started with a my ear hurting think I might be getting an ear infection but it kinda felt further back, Then it turned into a head ache on my whole left side of my head and then it felt as if it was going down my neck. I keep taking moltrine 800 that I have and now this morning I woke up and my left arm is all numb all the way down to my fingers. plus my vission is off. when I look at the screen and stuff its a lil blurry and I have always had perfect vission. If anyone knows wat is going on here please tell me. I am a mother of 2 and my husband is away for a deployment and its not easy to just go to the hopital. Im getting worried that something bad is going to happen and my kids are to young to help they are 2 and 1.

You need to go to an emergency room. Period.

It could be glucose levels. It could be something else.

They will evaluate you regardless of your ability to pay.

it sounds like your sugars are up, get to a doctor asap, contact a family member or friend to take you. do not drive.

The above government website, towards the bottom of the page, tells you what to do in an emergency.  If you are very thirsty along with your blurry eyes, your sugar is probablly too high.  Otherwise, it's probably too low.  Call SOMEBODY right away, your doctor for sure, and a friend/ relative or a neighbor to come over.  And if your heart gets to racing badly/ can't breathe or you feel like you're going to pass clean out, call 9-1-1.  I'm afraid if you drive to the ER, you might faint at the wheel.  But hopefully you will reach your doc, ask to speak to the nurse, and she'll guide you on the phone.
