Dear Player,
I have seen your posts several times. I agree with the doctor's response to you here. You can get into physical therapy, and they can work on your movements, speech, and so forth, to where you will regain some of your former self. You should be in a rehab center. Go back to your neurologist and ask him to refer you to such a place.
It takes months of work and patience to regain some of what you've lost, but as you sort of get back more control, confidence, and ability, you can look into becoming a part-time coach at a school, the kids need people like you, and life is all about giving. You may set that as your goal for now, as you go through therapy. As you know, you have to make small achievements before you can go for the big ones.

Cerebellum controls your fine movements and with injury it is obvious why you have slowed down. It might be your left cerebellum got the injury so your right side is effected. With continous physiotherapy some movements are possible over a period of time. Take care and nothing much can be done presently, avoid smoking, alcohol .
