Behcet's and numbness in feet

I was diagnosed with Behcet's Disease 5 years ago.  It took 2 years to diagnose.  I had sores, high white count etc.  Within the past 1-2 months I have developed numbness in my feet. It started isolated to the bottoms of my big toes and now the entire tops and bottoms of  both my feet are numb.  I am terrified that this will progress to my legs and I will lose the ability to walk.  I am having an MRI in 2 weeks to see if there are lesions on my spinal cord. I have had problems with my vessels.  I had a arterial bypass completed 18 months ago due to a closed vessel (celiac trunk)  in my abdomen.  I am only 23 years old.  I have constant nausea, vomiting, abdominal pain, joint pain, weight loss (12lbs),  and numbness in feet.  I am trying to get referred to Cleveland or Mayo clinic or anywhere where they can fix this.  Could you please tell me what this is, and what treatment is available?  Will I ever get feeling back again? I am terrified.  Please answer my questions.

It's possible that the numbness is caused by Vitamin B deficiency.
If you google for numb, B12 deficient, you will find information.

This happened to me......my feet were numb for six weeks.  I told my doctor, and he ordered a fasting blood sugar test.  I mentioned it to one of my knowledgeable friends, and she suggested that I take a good B complex vitamin.
I got the vitamins, and took one...three hours later the numbness was gone.

Hi,

Hope you are feeling better.
Behcet’s disease causes chronic inflammation of the blood vessels and is a very rare disease. Behcet’s can involve the nervous system also and cause symptoms of numbness. However it is important to make sure that your symptoms of numbness are due to Behcet’s disease or are due to other causes like diabetes, peripheral neuropathy or nerve compression. Behcet’s disease comes in unpredictable cycles and can be well controlled with treatment if not cured.
It will be a good idea to get yourself evaluated at Mayo clinic. Meanwhile exercises like swimming and walking when there are no flares help.
