Brain MRI diagnosis lead to severe depression

Hello .

Two years back I started having tremors in my left thumb and index finger so I went to a Neurologist. He did a MRI scan of brain. He diagnosed that I have less blood flow to my brain and prescribed Betasav TR, Actapalm MD 0.5 and Escatalent plus, Trinicalm which are basically Anti Depressants. At that time I thought these would help with the tremors and didn't ask much questions. Fast forward one year the tremors were still there and I started having mood swings and being tired all the time. I felt devasted and slept all the time. This eventually made me fail in my thesis. I stopped them after 1.5 years eventually for good.
I am hoping to go look for a good neurologist again to find out the real reason this happened and why I was on ADs on the first place. My ignorance resulted in great loss of my time and health.

The MRI report was as follows -
Findings - There is evidence of few discrete ovoid areas of abnormal altered signal intensity seen involving the subcortical white matter of left frontal love. these appear hyperintensities on t2w1 and flair, no perifocal edema seen.

Impressions - MRI of brain reveals Non specific white matter hyper intensities left frontal lobe. Suggests clinico pathological correlation.

After this mri I was immediately on Betasav TR, Actapalm MD 0.5 and Escatalent plus, Trinicalm  for a good period
of 1.5 years.

Thanks for reading folks. Do ask you doctor why you are being given the medicines in detail to avoid any future mishaps.
