Brain damage? Cat scan tomorrow. Please read

Was in a car accident October 1st.
Was rear ended at a stop light. I had sinus pain and
A headache on the right side. No scans were taken at ER

I've been going to pt for a month or so.
X rays of my back and neck showed degeneration, mild scholiosis,
And my upper neck had elasticity, if I remember.

Cat scan tomorrow however, I'm worried because I've had tingling above my left eye for a month
And as of yesterday, leg and arm in the rite side feel heavy and achey.

My neurologist didn't seem concerned he checked my eye.
What could happen? Of course I think the worse like paralysis or brain damage.

I can still move all of my limbs, it's just beginning to feel different.
What should I be alarmed about? Or is it just a sensation.
