Burning all over

I'm glad I looked here.
I have that burning /hot/cold /tingling icky feeling all over. I have a positive mri for a very arthrititic neck@ multiple levels and a big bulge @c5-c6. The neurosurgeon says it's not whats causing the weird symptoms , only in the arms.
I took my mri and went to a chiroractor and he manipulated the Atlas into place and the tingling quit everywhere but the arms. The Neurologist says there is no way c1 is causing this ....I'm confused .
Another thing I've read on this med help website is that sinuses can cause neurological symptoms. Forgive my terminology, but i have had ROTTEN sinuses since I was about 7 yo. How can sinuses do this and how should I pose the question to my dr?

Thanks to everybody who has input.

I too get a strange burning sensation all over. I have sinus issues. I have found with me they are related. The burning goes away within a few minutes of taking an antihistamine. I also have damaged my neck, and manage this with pain killers. I know this is an easy answer but it is a safe thing to try out and see if helps.

Lyme disease can cause these symptoms too.
